An integrator does not know the password to the camera.
- Rise 1 (Core package v5.3.65 | Rise Package v5.3.205 or higher)

Note: The procedure must be completed in full within 24 hours.
- Launch a web browser and navigate to the IP address of the camera.
- Click Forgot Password then Copy Key.
- Send an email to email@example.com with the subject title: Password Reset and in the body of the email paste the token from Step 2.
- Support will reply with an authentication key. Paste this into the bottom box and click Reset Camera Password. All accounts except the default admin one will be deleted.
- The camera will reboot. The default username is admin.
- Enter the new admin password and click Save New User.
